What’s wrong with this picture? Obviously nothing. But the young artist, a girl, 7 ½, gets labeled as “backwards” by the book’s author because the figure she drew had two mouths and no ears. Today it’s clear that it’s the author who was backwards. Mental and scholastic tests. 1922.
